Lacinato Kale

Lacinato (or Tuscan or Dinosaur) kale originated in Tuscany centuries ago, where it grows two to three feet tall. The embossed texture of its dark blue-green leaves produce a sweet, delicate taste. It’s also one of the traditional ingredients in minestrone and ribollita soups.
